Accessing Your Purchase

In you purchased a Profit Hackers product:

After you complete your purchase, check your email inbox for a message from "admin @ profithackers.com" with the subject line "Critical Account Info:"

This email will contain your login information for the Profit Hackers Dashboard. 

Any purchases you've made via Profit Hackers will be listed there. Simply click on the product name, and click through to the download pages to download your items. Just right click on the item links, and choose "save" or "save link as" and save them to your computer.

In all other cases, immediately after purchasing, you would have been redirected to a thank you page, and on that page is where you can download the product package. Just right click on the item links, and choose "save" or "save link as" and save them to your computer. 

If you purchased via JVzoo:

You can access your purchase through the JVzoo Customer Portal: 

http://customer.jvzoo.com/

Check your email inbox for a message from "JVzoo." Inside of that email is your credentials. This is the email address you used to purchase, and a password that is auto generated. 

If you don't have a password or can't remember it, click the reset password option, enter the email address you used to purchase, and click reset. Then check your email inbox and follow the instructions. 

If you purchased via Warrior Plus:

You should have received an email with access instructions.

If you did not, please submit a ticket so that we may resend your access instructions. 

Please be advised, that legacy purchases (transactions over 365 days old) may not be available. If you can't access through any of the means mentioned above, please submit a support ticket.
